WATCH
If your building has a fire alarm system or a water-based fire protection system such as a sprinkler system, you may be required by the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) to implement a fire watch should that system become impaired.

Given the emergency nature of a fire watch need, we will do our best to service your site within short notice. Our officers will perform not only a fire watch by itself, but a foot patrol of the property using our standard foot patrolling and detailed reporting methods. An electronic log will be provided for Fire Marshall and property records.

PROFESSIONAL SECURITY OFFICERS
Our officers are trained to look for evidence of smoke, fire or any other abnormal condition. If we discover a life-threatening situation, we call 911 and alert building occupants, as well as assist in their evacuation of the building. We write a detailed log of areas of the building patrolled, but also perform our standard security officer duties while performing the fire watch.
